Palomino can welcome up to 150 guests for a seated indoor event, 175 for an outdoor seated event, or up to 340 for a cocktail-style gathering with limited seating. Final capacity depends on the event layout and how the spaces are used.

The private conference room includes a flat-screen TV for presentations, while the main event space offers projector capability. Additional audiovisual services, equipment and setup can be discussed during planning.

Yes. Expansive sliding doors connect the interior and patio, allowing the two spaces to function as one and giving the day a natural indoor-outdoor flow.

Seasons Catering is Palomino’s exclusive catering partner and handles all food service under a separate agreement. Palomino provides all beverage service, and outside food or beverage vendors are not permitted.

Yes. The indoor space is air-conditioned, although the air conditioning cannot run while the sliding doors remain open for continuous indoor-outdoor flow.

Yes. Downtown Ventura offers several public parking lots and structures within easy walking distance of Palomino. Check out our Local Guide for a few nearby parking options. Ride-share services are also readily available, and valet parking may be arranged through a trusted third-party provider we can recommend.

Yes. A Palomino team member is present to oversee venue-related needs and questions. That person does not replace a professional event coordinator or manage all vendors and event-day logistics.

Outside planners, photographers, florists, DJs and other event professionals may be considered with prior approval, provided they meet Palomino’s licensing, insurance and professional requirements. Outside food, catering and beverage vendors are not accepted.
