Palomino can welcome up to 150 guests for a seated indoor event, 175 for an outdoor seated event, or up to 340 for a cocktail-style gathering with limited seating. Final capacity depends on the event layout and how the spaces are used.

Palomino is designed for birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, graduations, retirements, celebrations of life and family occasions of all kinds. From intimate dinners to lively cocktail-style events, the space can be shaped around the size and spirit of the occasion.

Catering is booked separately through Seasons Catering, Palomino’s exclusive catering partner. Our team will make the introduction and help begin the proposal process, then Seasons will guide you through seasonal menus, service style and food planning under a separate agreement. Palomino provides all beverage service.

Yes. Expansive sliding doors connect the interior and patio, allowing the two spaces to become one. Your event can move naturally from cocktails in the open air to dinner, dancing or other moments inside while remaining beautifully connected.

No. All food service is provided exclusively through Seasons Catering, and Palomino provides all beverage service. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

The indoor space is air-conditioned. Climate control works best when the sliding doors remain closed rather than open for continuous indoor-outdoor flow.

Ride-share services are also readily available, and valet parking may be arranged through a trusted third-party provider we can recommend.

Yes, as long as the décor follows Palomino’s venue guidelines and can be installed safely within the event’s scheduled setup time.

Yes, with prior approval. Palomino provides a curated list of trusted local partners, and outside planners, florists, photographers, DJs and other event professionals may be considered as long as they are properly licensed, insured and meet the venue’s requirements. Outside food, catering and beverage vendors are not permitted; all food service is provided through Seasons Catering, and Palomino provides all beverage service.
